We all feel hungry while working. As we remain occupied with work, we just gobble down the next best thing available without thinking about what we are eating, right? However, we regret later to choose junk food instead of a healthier snack and promise ourselves to not repeat this mistake.  I know that junk food rules our hearts but now it is time to change it so that we don’t go on a guilt trip later. So, here is a list of healthy & nutritious snacks you can choose to eat when hunger bug bites you during work hours!

Cashews

The c-shaped nut is rich in minerals and vitamins. Thus, you must go for cashews to be your first choice for a healthy office snack. As cashew contains antioxidants, it will be good for your eyes.

Greek Yogurt

The best part about this dairy product is that it is tasty as well as healthy. Eating Greek Yogurt during office hours will surely leave you satiated for a long time. So, choose Yogurt topped with some fruits over any other fried snack.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a perfect option to choose for evening snacks. But, always keep in mind to prefer the low-sugar brands. Personally, during my working hours, I eat low-sugar oatmeal with nut butter instead of Maggi or Samosa.

Eat dark chocolate instead of other chocolates as it is a storehouse of minerals. It lowers blood pressure and if you are going through your periods, Dark chocolate will definitely give you relief from cramps.
